RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Likes and Shares Pvt Ltd aims to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully:

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 business days from the date of delivery.To initiate a return, contact us at ceo@channeliam.com with your order details.Return once initiated will be picked within 3-5 working days.

Replacement/ Exchange:
In case any replacemnet or exchnage is accepted, the product will be picked and a new product will be delivered within 7- 10 working days.

Refunds:
Refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
